CANGAS AVENTURA is governed by the following cancellation policy: • It will retain 50% of the deposit when the cancellation is made between one month and 7 days prior to the scheduled date of the activity. • In the event that the cancellation is made seven or fewer days prior to the scheduled date of the activity, the company will retain 100% of the deposit. To perform water activities, the participant must know how to swim, and bring a swimsuit, towel, shower utensils (optional) and sports shoes that can get wet. The customer will return all equipment in good condition at the end of the activity, taking responsibility for any damage caused to it as a result of improper use, as well as the loss of equipment. CANGAS AVENTURA provides: Third-Party Liability and Accident Insurance, and all necessary equipment for the activities. The order of the itineraries may vary without altering the full content of the program, except under adverse weather conditions. In the event that any activity cannot be carried out due to weather conditions, sudden changes in river flow or other reasons totally beyond our organization, it will be replaced by another activity or a refund.
